The Idaho Angler has working relationships with licensed outfitters who provide fly fishing guiding services across Idaho. We only work with outfitters and guides we know and respect. Our experience eliminates the guesswork in finding the right guide for you, at no extra cost to you.

Guiding in Idaho is strictly regulated by the State, under the Idaho Outfitters and Guides Board. A limited number of licenses are allowed for each fishing area where guided fishing is permitted. Outfitters are restricted as to the fisheries they can guide on. No guiding is allowed on some fisheries, notably the South Fork of the Boise River.
